New Zealand-based pet food brand Ziwi was growing their U.S. presence with their line of premium products. To claim a leadership position they needed reach and they needed to strike the right tone. All while balancing American sensibilities with their New Zealand roots.
Native Digital was selected to develop the social media marketing strategy. We started with competitive analysis to identify whitespace in brand messaging and tactics. We established new standards to further differentiate Ziwi through both visuals and voice. All decisions were based both on American consumer sentiment and New Zealand brand origins.
The resulting strategy armed the Ziwi brand with channel recommendations, visual library, voice examples and in-house workflow.
The enhanced social media presence positions the brand to drive omni-channel eCommerce sales.
