This Privacy Policy contains important information about how we use your personal information. We respect the privacy of individuals who interact with our business and where you choose to provide us with information about yourself, you trust us to act in a responsible manner with that information.

What information do we collect?
We collect personal information from you in several ways; you may share information with us, or we may collect it using other means. In this section we explain the different ways we collect personal information from you and some ways in which that information will be used.
Interacting with our website
When you visit our website we may collect details of your website visit, including name, email, phone number, IP address (a unique identifier for your computer or other device), website URL and mobile device ID.
We collect: IP addresses; device identifiers; browser and device metadata; pageview and event data via Google Analytics 4 tags; cookie identifiers.
Purpose of Processing
Analytics and performance measurement; service improvement; marketing analysis; fraud detection.
Third-Party Sharing & Data Security
We share data with Google LLC for GA4 analysis. We do not sell data. Third-party recipients process data under their own policies.
We do not store personal data locally. All analytics data is processed and secured by Google LLC under their security protocols. Native Digital relies on Google’s technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. We maintain no direct control over data security beyond Google’s infrastructure.
Advertising Features
We enable Google Signals and advertising features. Data may be combined across sessions and devices. Google may use data for interest-based advertising.
Opt-Out
Users may disable cookies via browser settings or install the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On.
Data Rights & Deletion
To exercise data rights (access, deletion, correction, processing restriction), contact jromero@nativedigital.com and provide the necessary GA4 identifier (e.g., browser cookie ID). We process valid requests using Google Analytics’ data deletion tools. If an identifier is not available, data deletion may not be feasible due to lack of personal data traceability.
Data Retention
Analytics data retained for 14 months per GA4 settings. After the retention period, data is deleted automatically.
Children’s Data
This website is not intended or designed to attract children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from or about any person under the age of 16. If you are under 16 years old and wish to ask a question or use this site in any way which requires you to submit your personal information, please get your parent or guardian to do so on your behalf.
Policy Changes
We update this policy at https://nativedigital.com/privacy-policy/. Changes take effect on the “Last updated” date.
