Sr Account Manager

We’re seeking a hyper-organized, consultative and outcome-focused account lead to join our growing agency.

This role will collaborate with all divisions at Native Digital to engineer success, and serve as the main communication point to our end client groups.

Role & Responsibility
  • Dig in deeply to client business for and beyond the project at hand
  • Understand and be able to distill client partnership requirements for authoring team
  • Establish trust and partnership by championing client priorities and providing consult to clients
  • Collaborate with strategy, creative and performance marketing to craft  effective solutions for retention and in order to generate expansion business (as well as start scope of work) 
  • Lead all of day-to-day external communication for client portfolio and internal development of all client work by working closely with project management
  • Review clientwork and provide feedback to make output more dynamic and fluid while centering client objectives
If you’re right for the role, you will…
  • Have 5+ years experience, ideally in an advertising or marketing agency environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Have a hunger to learn and be able to pivot quickly using new knowledge
  • Be a confident speaker and an adaptable thinker 
  • Strong and pointed digital communicator 
  • Understand the basics of digital and content marketing strategies 
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace 
  • Proven ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, work autonomously and strength in managing multiple projects

Full-time in Kansas City; Hybrid work environment (3 days in office, 2 days from anywhere)
