The Internship at Native Digital is:
✔️ In Office: We are located in The Crossroads in Kansas City, MO 3 days a week.
✔️ Paid: It’s $15/hour for 20 hours a week over an 8-week period (June 3 – July 25).

Equip each intern with the know-how to land their next gig.
Role & Assignment
- Assist in the development and implementation of paid search, social and programmatic campaigns across search engines, social channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & LinkedIn, and other brand building platforms
- Utilize many platforms for analysis and strategy such as: Google Analytics, ChatGPT or Claude, Google Trends, Ad Platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc) or any other related tool
- Conduct keyword and audience research and analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and expansion
- Write and assist the creative team with ad copy and create compelling ad creatives that drive clicks, conversions and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results
- Perform A/B testing to improve campaign performance and optimize bidding strategies
- Optimize website content and meta tags for on-page SEO
- Conduct technical SEO audits and make recommendations for improvements
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and search engine rankings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams with the Performance team and overall agency to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in platform algorithms
If you’re right for the role, you will be…
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- You have a knack for quickly learning new software, platforms, and tools—whether it’s an emerging AI tool, a data analytics platform, or an advertising dashboard
- You enjoy tinkering with technology, exploring automation, and figuring out how different systems work together
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
- Have familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads or other ad platforms & tools
- Possess high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Have a growth/entrepreneurial mindset and love to think through opportunities & strategies to drive business growth and awareness
- Possess insatiable curiosity
