Marketing Analyst

Role & Responsibility
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive, full-funnel analytic dashboards that highlight lead acquisition and sales from beginning to end
  • Effectively assist and present analysis and reporting to clients
  • Work closely with web and marketing teams on ongoing projects and campaign tracking implementation
  • Set campaign goals during analytics implementation audits, then systematically automate and measure to ensure goals are being tracked and met
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure marketing strategies are effective and competitive
  • Analyze and report on all programs centered around ROI and client business objectives.
  • Manage business intelligence tools and systems, including databases, spreadsheets, and reporting endpoints
If you’re right for the role, you will…
  • Have 1-3 years experience in an advertising or marketing environment with ability to pull strategic insights from large and complex sets of data
  • Track record of measurable success in translating business needs that model a marketing path for positive ROI.
  • Comfortable working in SQL and creating data visualizations through BI platforms to better communicate client performance (PowerBI, Looker, or Tableau)
  • Hands-on approach when troubleshooting discrepancies and outliers in performance metrics
  • Strategic thinker with meticulous attention to detail and strong pattern recognition
  • Possess keen business acumen and the ability to provide context to raw metrics
  • Growth mindset with results-driven approach to work (testing, measuring, iterating)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field
