Role & Responsibility

New Business

  • List building of target prospect accounts based on categories established by SVP, Marketing & CEO
  • Package and send out collateral to warm prospects based on list provided by SVP, Marketing
  • Maintain Hubspot contacts with up-to-date emails, titles, company associations
  • Continuously add new prospects into Hubspot from conference meetings, inbound leads, new list builds
  • Pull data and research for micro-audits according to standardized process made by SVP, Performance
  • Cold outreach to target account list using nurture plan established by CEO & SVP, Marketing
  • Respond to inbound leads with sales scripts and coordinate initial meeting scheduling

Marketing

  • Develop and maintain Native’s organic social editorial calendar (across Li, IG, Youtube)
  • Scheduling podcast guests, outreach to interviewees for review of edits before publishing
  • Execute podcast content including editing video snippets in Veed.io, full length audio in Adobe Audition, and all caption copy for posting to organic channels.
  • Execute thought leadership content including editing video snippets in Veed.io and all caption copy for posting to organic channels.
  • Collaborate with the Native creative team to support the design and copy for mini case studies posted to organic social 
  • Curate and post lofi social-style videos of the Native team for use in organic social
  • Audit and update all organic Social account avatars, bios, and cover images
  • Collaborate with the Director Data & MarComm on content updates to the Native website including campaign landing pages (written/designed by the creative team)
  • Collaborate with the Native creative team to uphold the visual identity system and brand voice.
  • Communicate proactively with the SVP, Marketing about pacing and progress of organic social content. 
  • Maintain online reputation profiles such as Google Local, Clutch, Glassdoor by working with the Discoverability team on best practices and any changes in reviews.
  • Proactively follow podcast guests and leads from new biz from the Native Linkedin page
  • Engage with new Li connections from the Native Linkedin page – likes, comments, reshares

  • Have experience in Hubspot and Linkedin business pages
  • Have experience building target account lists using sourcing software like Seamless.io
  • Understand digital marketing and the mindset of a CMO
  • Know best practices for B2B content creation
  • Be hyper-organized and love creating systems
  • Enjoy playing more than coaching
  • Be able to break down annual and quarterly goals into weekly tasks 
  • Have excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Enjoy collaborating across disciplines such as Creative and Data.

  • Maintaining an organized and up-to-date CRM of prospects at every stage of the deal flow
