Group Director, Client Service

MENTORSHIP
The team consists of 5 highly-capable managers and directors. They need overall directorship on revenue goals, escalation pathways and clear career progression.

CLIENTS
We work with two types: fast-moving, progressive Saas as well as rooted brands that fit our style. Our clients routinely score us above 90% on NPS. We aim to keep raising that bar.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Oversee service team to ensure client marketing and communication challenges are solved while focusing on growth, retention and delivering value. Work with the Chief of Staff and PM Director to coordinate operations changes. 
  • Establish client relationship standards and processes for interdisciplinary teams to follow.
  • Proactively plan, manage and oversee account activities including counseling clients, preparing presentations, advising on tactics, estimating budgets, supervising account teams and interpreting results.
  • Hire, evaluate, mentor and guide career development of the team to maximize individuals’ growth.
  • Collaborate with Executive Team to set the standard for client work, culture, processes and future growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Creative and Performance Marketing to ensure work meets standards and delivers high value
  • Accountable for scope creation of portfolio clients.
  • Represent the firm in the community/industry through active participation in professional organizations.
  • Achieve account financial goals and client business objectives – consistently take initiative and go beyond defined expectations
If you’re right for the role, you will…
  • Have 10-20 years experience in a multi-client advertising/marketing environment
  • Be able to formulate and deliver convincing presentations to executive-level clients
  • Have proven leadership and business acumen skills
  • Have strong problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills
  • Solid understanding of budget tracking, scope development 
  • Aptitude of fostering long term relationships and translating business challenges into solutions
