Art Director

We’re looking for somebody who can mix conceptual big picture thinking with day-to-day design. Day to day. We make cool stuff here, but not just for the sake of making cool stuff — it’s all rooted in brand personality and positioning. Think you’re up for it?

Role & Responsibility
  • Define visual brand styles based on strategy and positioning
  • Team up with your best friends (also known as copywriters here) to concept for campaigns & brands
  • Design digital campaign assets, brand identity assets including logos, printed collateral, experiential activations, and web/app ui 
  • Direct the creative tone and content of video, animation, and photography while collaborating with vendors
  • Lead and participate in team brainstorms. Get that thinking cap ready.
  • Be the primary presenter during project milestone client meetings
  • Collaborate with brand/digital strategists and account managers to solve client challenges
  • Contribute to our culture, brand and self promotion. #ad
  • Produce high-quality work that’s on-time and on-schedule. That one should be a gimme.
If you’re right for the role, you will…
  • Not have an ego, that’s for sure.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in advertising and marketing
  • Experience in branding, campaign messaging and digital channels
  • Strong working knowledge of creative ideation, design principles, typography, video/photo direction, interaction design, brand development, and digital marketing
  • Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite like the back of your hand
  • Technical production skills for print and digital content
  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Love of quick pace and high variety 
  • A strong presenter and internal communicator
