Account Director

Role & Responsibility
  • Responsible for leading key agency client partnerships and cultivating revenue growth with your portfolio of brands 
  • Set client relationship standards and adhere to processes to lead interdisciplinary client team
  • Proactively plan, manage, implement and oversee account activities including counseling clients, preparing presentations, advising on tactics, estimating budgets, interpreting feedback, and leading team of account managers 
  • Collaborate with Operations to set standards for project efficiency
  • Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Creative and VP Client Strategy to ensure work delivers high value and positions us for partnership growth
  • Lead scope creation for portfolio clients
  • Take lead role in escalations or when account team requires backup support
  • Continually cultivate brand, marketing, and industry knowledge to demonstrate this understanding in the teams creation and execution of client brand strategies
  • Achieve portfolio financial goals and client business objectives – consistently take initiative and go beyond defined expectations
If you’re right for the role, you will…
  • Have 7-10 years experience in a multi-client advertising/marketing environment
  • Are able to formulate and contribute to presentations to senior-level/C-suite clients

  • Have strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills
  • Can develop successful scopes of work
